Guiding folks on their journey home.

Adrienne is a breath of fresh air in the world of real estate, excited and inspired to guide clients on their journey to ownership and stewardship of the land. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she has resided in Santa Fe, NM for 20 years, and has a deep love for the delicate and resilient interwoven communities, habitats and ecosystems of the high desert landscape that she calls home.

The foundation of Adrienne's outlook on life and work is her background in sustainability, conservation studies, and human wellness. In college, she studied permaculture, ethnobotany and ecology through internships, course work and field studies that included working for the National Park Service at Point Reyes National Seashore & Bandelier National Monuments, studying in a field station in the Rainforests of Nicaragua, working and living in eco-villages and farms in New Mexico and Washington. Her career began working in communications for sustainability and social justice related campaigns, while also cultivating her curiosity for healing by studying integrative wellness and teaching about it in various forms to youth and families.

The well being of people and the planet have long been her beacons, and she brings their light to all of her work, real estate and otherwise.

Her professional credentials include a BA in Sustainability Studies & Multimedia Communications, a Master's in Education, and many certificates in health and wellness topics. She has over 15 years of professional experience serving New Mexico's diverse communities with organizations in the non-profit, government, and private sectors, including the Santa Fe Housing Action Coalition, Sol Sundays, University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center's Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Santa Fe Indian School, New Mexico Department of Health's Healthy Kids Healthy Childcare Program, New Energy Economy, and more

Her prior experience has given Adrienne great sensitivity to the complexity of the relationships between people, cultures and place in New Mexico.  She honors and values sacred, historic, ancestral, currently or previously tribally-governed or generationally family-owned lands. She also has the unique perspective of relating to clients in this niche from her family’s generational background in farm, ranch, residential and commercial property development and management. Additionally, she has renovated multiple properties in New Mexico, with permaculture inspired approaches.

Adrienne delights in assessing clients’ unique needs and values, and supporting them in finding the right property or home. Her passion is connecting true stewards with their very own piece of land, to live in the right relationship with place and life, human and wild.
